How do I qualify for the offer?
To qualify for the offer you will need to purchase a new car insurance policy directly from Co-op Insurance between the 7th September 2021and the 31st October 2021. Once purchased between these dates, the policy must start on or before 30th November 2021.

Once you've purchased your eligible policy, we'll send you a courtesy 'what happens next' email letting you know when you'll be able to choose your free gift.

Will I get my gift instantly once I have purchased?
You will qualify for your free gift 30 days after your policy start date, provided you have not cancelled, your payments are up to date and you have not made a claim in the past 30 days.

If you've satisfied this criteria, we'll send you a 'how to claim' email within 45 days of your policy start date which will allow you to choose your free gift.

Is there a time limit to choose my gift?
Once you've received your 'how to claim' email, you'll have 30 days to decide which gift you'd like. Make sure you choose within your provided 30 day period, as unfortunately we will not be able to honour any gift choices past this date.

When do I get my gift?
Once you've chosen which gift you'd like out of The Dining Out Gift Card or the Love2shop eGift, we'll present your gift code and details on how to use it straight away!

We'll also send you a handy 'gift email' too so you can access your gift details.

I have not received my 'how to claim' email allowing me to choose my gift - what should I do?
If you have not received your 'how to claim' email within 45 days of your policy start date and you believe you have satisfied the eligibility criteria, please complete the short contact us form on this page.

I've chosen my gift but I can no longer access my gift details - what should I do?
Once you've chosen which gift you'd like, you'll have 60 days to keep accessing your gift details should you need to. After the 60 days have expired, you'll no longer be able to see your gift code and details for security reasons.

If you no longer have access to your gift code and you haven't had the chance to use it yet, please complete the short contact us form on this page letting us know your name and policy number and the nature of your query. A member of the Co-op Rewards team will be happy to help you.
